no new/current f10 emulator?!

I'm trying to ge t stuff to stream as on my ubuntu laptop.
Following the Handbook, the f10 emulator fails::


root at tao:/usr/ports/emulators/linux_base-f10# ki
===>  linux_base-f10-10_2 compat.linux.osrelease: 2.4.2 is not
supported, please use 2.6.16.
*** Error code 1

IS there a way of using the f10 version of this stuff or other
workarounds?
