This should work with the mfi(4) driver, since it uses a 'LSI Logic 1078',
according to http://www.intel.com/Products/Server/RAID-controllers/SRCSASRB/SRCSASRB-specifications.htm

it should work. There are drivers available for download here: http://firstweb.promise.com/support/download/download2_eng.asp?category=all&os=100&productID=205
Latest is for 7.1, though, and it is binary only. :-( Better skip this one...
