Display country selected during sysinstall

I think this is what your are searching for http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/using-sysinstall.html
Go to 'KEYMAP' and change it.

If your system is already installed, you can edit /etc/rc.conf and see what keymap is configured.
