Does it solved in PHP 5.3.x only? Unfortunately 5.3 and 5.2 code are not fully compatible, PHP-based software (like CMS and BBs) updates slowly, and most of webmasters couldn't migrate to 5.3 just in moment. Would it be fixed for 5.2.x? Or the only way to get gd work with PHP 5.2.x is downgrading of *png* port?
