Can't play videos on 7.2

If you crash like this image shows, switch to the x11 driver for video 
playback, and avoid xv. (mplayer -ao x11)
I have the same issue, lockup, crashes with xv, and appears still not to 
be fixed with the latest Intel drivers in ports :(
