windows vista clients cannot connect on this mpd5 server

I have a mpd5 server running on FreeBSD 7.1 . My clients are mikrotiks  and it works fine to them.
2 days ago i had to allow some users to connect  on this Server but only winXP clients. Windows vista clients can´t connect.

pass in quick on $ext_if proto tcp from any to $ext_if port 1723 synproxy state
