Strange HDA sound behavior on FreeBSD 7.2

Sorry, I saw this string in Handbook

Another quick way to test the card is sending data to /dev/dsp, like this:
% cat filename > /dev/dsp

So I can't find /dev/dsp device and I think what something wrong with my
system.
