my kernel is not build/install

From /usr/src/Makefile:
# kernel              - buildkernel + installkernel.
This shouldtn't be the main problem.

You should look for full log from kernel building. f.ex. run:
cd /usr/src; make buildkernel | tee kernel_compilation.log
and search in this log for an error in this log.
