ccache "make buildworld" fails (mmap problem?)

Hello.
I have a problem about ccache.
I installed devel/ccache from ports.
"make buildworld" stopped immediately and failed.
In the ccache log file, I found the "Faild to mmap" message.

I also tried to reinstall devel/libtool15
following /usr/local/share/doc/ccache/cchace-howto-freebsd.txt .
But, again, it failed.

When I disable ccache, "make buildworld" & installing devel/libtool15
successfully finishes.

Any suggestions?
Regeards.

Please report the problem to ade at FreeBSD.org [maintainer] and attach the
"/usr/ports/devel/libtool15/work/libtool-1.5.26/config.log" including the
output of the failure of your make command. Also, it might be a good idea to
provide an overview of all packages installed on your system (e.g. an
`ls/var/db/pkg`).
