/usr and /var was not properly dismounted...!

Hi I am NEW here and I do not know anything about unix sytems...  :D

But i'd like to learn!





When I start my freebsd system I can see this:


WARNING:  /usr   was not properly dismounted...!
WARNING:  /usr   was not properly dismounted...!




and I have no idea about it.....
Could you give me an explain to understand the situation and fix the
problem?
