Problems upgrading SpamAssassin

We need the line that says:
  ===>  p5-IO-INET6 depends on file

That line is probably faulty.
Also please list:
grep ^PERL /etc/make.conf

Problem with today's modular software: they start with the modules
    and never get to the software part.
