sysinstall differences between i386 and ia64/sparc

Why when I run sysinstall on ia64 or sparc,
I don't see these options under "Configure":

	Console
	Time Zone
	Mouse

which are present in i386 sysinstall?

Is this because vga console is not supported
on all sparc graphic cards, or at all on ia64?

What about time zone?

How can I modify keyrate, etc. on sparc?
