FreeBSD & IBM Thinkpad - What Model to Choose?

Avoid T42 (2374-K5U).  Everything works fine, but it's an oddball version apparently and there is next to no documentation regarding it on many of the wiki sites.  There are many decent models of T42.  I'd just avoid this particular model to avoid confusion.
