X windows manager for French-Canadian keyboard

Would anyone know of a simple windows manager that supports
French-Canadian keyboard?
Using fr_CA keymapping -
fluxbox is very simple and very nice, but does not support the fr_CA stuff.
This is evident from error messages output when shutting it down. :-(
So, I have to find one that does.
