Error after updating Perl

I updated Perl and it went ok. But when I want to rebuild the ports 
depending on perl I get the error below.

I've been looking in the +CONTENTS files for perl and perltidy, but it's 
not obvious to me where the error is.

Does anyone have an idea on what I should do?
