NFS under load-balanced apache

Hi all,

Looking for guidance / war stories on mounting nfs shares onto 
several load balanced web servers

Load balancer ----+---- web 1 ------+
                  +---- web 2 ------+
                  +---- web 3 ------+- NFS -- Static stuff on NAS box

The NAS box will hold generated report files etc, while the web boxen 
do the dynamic stuff from the databases etc.

We are also considering storing session stuff on the NAS
