automagically share knoqueror with ff3-- bookmarks?

How exactly do I import my HTML file into my ff3 profile?
I.e: what do I click-on to find the "import" string? Note that
my konqueror bookmarks seem to be there, but a warning dialog
pops up constantly whenever I bring up firefox3.
