Major version binary upgrade 6.3-RELEASE -> 7-RELEASE

in my testing environemnt I've tryied binary upgrade from 6.3-RELEASE -> 7-RELEASE by following Colin Percival's article at

I am stuck at the step "portupgrade -f ruby":
