I think you're outof luck.
The rum driver's AP support is discouraged and the ural driver doesn't support 
hostap mode. See rum(4) and ural(4).
I don't know of any other USB wireless drivers.

Problem with today's modular software: they start with the modules
    and never get to the software part.
