usb mouse is detected by fbsd 7 but not X

Yes, it is enabled and also have usbd_enable set to YES and mouse_type 
set to AUTO and mouse_port set to /dev/ums0 (which shows on the boot up 
screen and it shows my exact mouse brand and model).
