multiple ntpd processes

In addition, here are the contents of my /etc/ntp.conf file:

server 0.us.pool.ntp.org
server 1.us.pool.ntp.org
server 2.us.pool.ntp.org
server 3.us.pool.ntp.org
restrict default kod nomodify notrap nopeer noquery

I'm running FreeBSD 7.0, and I have 'ntpd_enable="YES"' in my /etc/rc.conf.
> Every time I reboot my server, I get two ntpd processes:
