Have u downloaded the kernel sources and followed the
instructions in the *handbook* ?

if u have installed it:
usr/share/doc/handbook/kernelconfig-building.html

Otherwise u find it on the net:

     1. Change to the /usr/src directory:
        
        # cd /usr/src
     2. Compile the kernel:
        
        # make buildkernel KERNCONF=MYKERNEL
     3. Install the new kernel:

        Note: It is required to have full FreeBSD source tree to build
        the kernel.
