Upgrade to what? (RELENG_7, RELENG_7_0, HEAD, etc.)
What architecture do you use (i386, amd64, etc.)
Did you use startdard make.conf (i.e. empty)?
Did you use GENERIC kernel?

This may be caused by incorrect system clocks.
