Firewall that supports Port triggering

Hello,

I am trying to implement a FreeBSD firewall but with support for port
triggering. Which firewall package that is available for FreeBSD supports
port triggering? Currently I am trying to use PF with no success. I am open
to trying other firewall products (IPF, IPFW, etc).
