starting Tomcat6

Ok I get what's below

[root at cougar /usr/local/etc/rc.d]# ./tomcat6 rcvar
# tomcat60
tomcat60_enable=NO

I haven't restarted this computer since I've installed tomcat, could
that be a problem?
