Even a colored one, if you would like! Just add

loader_logo="beastie" to /boot/loader.conf

There are other options too, /boot/defaults/loader.conf lists:

#loader_logo="fbsdbw"           # Desired logo: fbsdbw, beastiebw, 
beastie, none

beastiebw is the black/white one.
