Finding and installing new locale

Thanks for the info.  I had not seen that doc.  However localedef and
makelocale are not valid commands.  I also checked out the port tree and
these tools are not located there either.  Are these Linux specific

Well, I guess you saw this?

That not withstanding, what about makelocale(1) ?

At the very least, you should be able to set some stuff up
with that.

And on the seventh day, He exited from append mode.
