Error message: inetd[667]: ssh/tcp: bind: Address already in use

ssh is usually started as a daemon via /etc/rc.d/sshd, so it shouldn't
be enabled via /etc/inetd.conf.  Just comment out the ssh line in
inetd.conf and bounce inetd.
