Sorry, forgot to answer this. Yes, with linux-firefox, linux-flashplugin7 and linux-pluginwrapper (and possibly other dependencies?), youtube and video.googoel were  working fine - i dont like cnn so i cant tell. ... though I can't tell if they decided to start blocking based on version (that is usually the problem, it was working great).
