Boot error ?

Hi, Folks

I got this systemic error on a new install of PCBSD 1.3.  Below:

It just seems to hang around...  Eating up about 20% of cpu time..

Any ideas about the cause?  I read that hald may give quirky results, 
but I don't know where to look....
