Is it possible to build sun-jdk-1.5 from the source?

OK. Where could I find the FreeBSD binary?
Are you referring to: http://www.freebsdfoundation.org/downloads/java.shtml ?

Then, would the binary be replaced by the one compiled or would they be in 
parallel on my system?
