AWE64 not working.

	Last night I verfied that the AWE64 is indeed the sound card in
	my Kayak running 6.2, p#3.  Still, no /dev/dsp, and no audio.  
	dmesg gives me this::

sbc0: [GIANT-LOCKED]

	Any sound gurus out there with some clues for my nezt->step?
