FreeBSD 6.1 - libltdl

The "so" file is found in /usr/local/lib.  I'd go to
/usr/ports/dev/libltdl15 and do "make deinstall reinstall clean."  That
will probably fix it.

Hi,

Can anyone shed some light perhaps as to why GCC is not seeing libltdl ???


bash-2.05b# gcc  -lltdl
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lltdl
bash-2.05b# ldconfig -r|grep ltdl
        115:-lltdl.4 => /usr/local/lib/libltdl.so.4
bash-2.05b# pkg_info |grep ltdl
libltdl-1.5.22_1    System independent dlopen wrapper
bash-2.05b# uname -a
