libc documentation

In the last episode (Dec 20), Robe said:

Most of the libc documentation should be in /usr/src/lib/libc/ .  Any
file ending in .2 or .3 is a manpage.  They are also installed in
/usr/share/man and are available using the "man" command.  Run "man 3
printf", for example.
