I don't think there is such a command - I've never come across it, in
any event. However, you might be able to something useful by inspecting
the mtimes of +COMMENTS and +DESC files in /var/db/pkg/*/
ASCII ribbon campaign ( )

- proprietary attachments in e-mail / \
