Is 192.168.0.3 assigned to any interface? Have a look at ifconfig(8)
output. You can add an alias with ifconfig and/or put something similar
to /etc/rc.conf (assuming sk0 interface):

% ifconfig_sk0_alias0="inet 192.168.0.3 netmask 255.255.255.255"
