Monitor and X

Hi,

I am trying to set up m y computer to use X in 6.2
I edited the xorg.conf file with my monitors Horiz and Vert freq, but  
whenever I try and do startX
I get this message

Out of Range Hfreq 81 khz
                          VFreq 65 hz
