error in find on daily output disk clean

The script doesn't grep -v for any user-settable variable to exclude
certain paths...it just runs on / with some FS Type exceptions.
A quick cheap hack could be put in place to include "!
rc=$(find / \( ! -fstype local -o -fstype rdonly \) -a -prune -o \
\( $args \) -atime +$daily_clean_disks_days -delete
tee /dev/stderr | wc -l)
