Sendmail with SpamAssassin and ClamAV

I am not sure how myhost.cf is included into sendmail.cf, but myhost
shoud be enough.

That said, who is in charge of creating the socket: clamav or
sendmail? What user is running sendmail? What user is running clamav?
Can both processes access to the socket?
