how to connect a modem to the PS2 port?

The PS/2 port is not a RS232 serial port.

It is a serial port, but it is specifically designed for a "PS/2 mouse"
serial protocol, that has nothing to do with RS232.

Your going to have to do what the rest of us do and use a
USB to serial port adapter.
