Probably should have included more info:
Can't locate GetOpt/Std.pm in @INC (@INC contains:
/usr/local/lib/perl5/5.8.8/mach /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.8.8 .) at
./ipf_gen.pl line 7.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at ./ipf_gen.pl line 7.
