OOo-204rc3, package

[Gary Kline]

	Is there a means of downloading the 2.0.4rc3 package for
	openoffice?   The latest on the OO website is 2.0.3.  portupgrade
	shrugs.   

	I think this is the last thing to replace/upgrade.
