Why have I get kern.ipc.maxpipekva exceeded; see tuning(7) message ?

Add an entry to /boot/loader.conf, similar to:

# cat /boot/loader.conf
kern.ipc.maxpipekva=67108864

I'm up to 64M, with current usage being closer to 40M:
