What about something like:

ServerName 192.168.1.10:80

...or whatever your LAN/WAN IP is? Does that help? Try removing the
localhost addr from there and replacing it with a NIC IP and see what
happens.

I have to admit, I haven't followed the entire thread, so if this has
been mentioned, I apologize in advance.
