Adaptec 2410SA Raid and Hot swapping

Are you using the FreeBSD aaccli or the Linux aaccli under the linux  
compatibility stuff?

Try the aaccli from Linux (download from Adaptec directly).  I have  
the latest 2200s firmware and it works fine from FreeBSD.
