Hi again And thanks for the advice on installing jdk... but can you point me in the direction of where to get the installers if I dont go about using the port to install. I had tried jdk14, but its not for amd64. I also read that OOo needs jdk14. Is this true? Having said that I would still like to get jdk15 installed for use with some jinit apps. Thanks Eoghan
