I'm traying to connect GPRS via adapter USB->COM for mobile Siemens C55.
But i don't know how to send a command to the adapter.

FreeBSD6.0-RELEASE

Make kernel with:

#USB support
device  uhci
device  ochi
device  echi
device  usb
device  ugen
device  uhid
device  ucom
device  uplcom
device  umodem


When connecting the adapter:
ucom0: Prolific Technology Inc. USB-Serial Controller, rev 1.10/3.00, addr 2

But there is no /dev/ - ucom0 in the list. How to go to the adapter?

When disconnection:
ucom0: at uhub0 port 1 (addr 2) disconnected
All thread purged from cuaU0
All thread purged from ttyU0
ucom0: detached
