upgrade of php5-gd

Best guess: you have stale files in the port skeleton.  [See the cvsup
FAQ if you are interested in how you could have avoided this in the
first place, but it's a bit late for that now.]

Remove the whole /usr/ports/graphics/php5-gd directory and re-cvsup.
