If you are asking about a packaged solution I would check out Fort 
Systems. http://www.fsl.com/

We tried several applications and settled on MailScanner which has 
proven to be an excellent choice. Fort Systems is the commercial 
supported version.

Three years now I've asked Google why they don't have a
logo change for Memorial Day. Why do they choose to do logos
