Patching to FreeBSD 5.4-p7

When I did it I followed the directions in "Cutting edge" only I used 
the RELENG_5_4 tag.

Also, freebsd-update http://www.daemonology.net/freebsd-update/ is 
supposed to allow you to install security patches.  It's in the ports 
under /usr/ports/security/freebsd-update.
